Former BBC broadcaster Roy Sheppard will be utilising relationship psychology in order to inspire health and safety experts next month.

Mr Sheppard began his early career in television and radio at the BBC before going on to become an inspirational conference speaker and best-selling author and will discuss how ways of looking at relationships can lead to business profits.

He will appear at the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health's (IOSH) training roadshow next month.

"Health and safety trainers have a noble and very important role. The training sessions will help them to convey the value of that role in a way that’s relevant and appropriate in today’s environment," Mr Sheppard continued.

He stressed that the event will cause participants to understand how they can boost their business and professional reputation.

IOSH recently commented on the health and safety processes in place for the Olympics, hailing them as a "blueprint" for how to organise safe events.ADNFCR-2754-ID-801433858-ADNFCR
