Employers have been encouraged to organise Bright Days to boost the safety of road users across the country.
These days raise awareness of how drivers can help to prevent tragedies, with Brake putting in efforts to educate and campaign for improved safety on the roads.
The clocks go back on October 27th and employers are being persuaded to plan their Bright Day to coincide with the time of year when it gets darker earlier.
Julie Townsend, Brake deputy chief executive, said: “Bright Days are a fun, simple way for workplaces to promote vital road safety messages to employees and the wider community while raising funds for Brake.
Ms Townsend added that funds raised through Bright Days help Brake to support families who are dealing with serious injuries through crashes.
For those who are interested in running a Brake Day, a free resource pack with posters, fliers and donation bucket stickers is available through the Brake Day website.
