Toyota will be appearing at the Health and Safety Midlands event for the first time at the National Motorcycle Museum, before appearing at the Reebok Stadium for Health and Safety North.

The company is behind the Taking Care with Toyota initiative, which has been designed to assist companies when it comes to reducing injury and accidents in the workplace.

This year, the car manufacturer will provide customers with advice when it comes to handling equipment and safety resources.

Tony Wallis, sales and marketing director for Toyota Material Handling UK, said: "Promoting health and safety in the workplace is important to Toyota and these health and safety events provide the ideal platform for us to demonstrate how our products can help to reduce the risk of manual handling and improve safety at work."

In order to prevent workers from injury, businesses should ensure that they have an effective health and safety policy in place, which adheres to all of the necessary regulations.ADNFCR-2754-ID-801425393-ADNFCR
