Lyrical road sign message displayed in Wisconsin

28th May 2010 | Warning Signs

Motorists in the US have been able to view an interesting message when passing a road sign in Wisconsin, it has been reported.

A prankster has been blamed for changing the message on the road sign near Stevens Point down the Wisconsin interstate to "Danger Danger," "High Voltage," "When We Touch, "When We Kiss".

The lyrics are those from the song released previously by Detroit-based rock band Electric Six in their song "Danger! High Voltage".

James Bierman, co-owner of Central State Signing, has blamed the incident on a hacker gaining access to the message board and tampering with the message displayed on the black and orange construction sign.

The road sign had only been placed along the busy road to inform motorists that several overpasses in the immediate area were being painted by the Department of Transportation.

Romanian motorists recently got the chance to view an interesting road sign when one was used to alert them of drunken pedestrians who could walking close by.

Ten different bright red signs were displayed, highlighting the message 'Attention - Drunks'.
