Housing developer and regeneration specialist Lovell has picked up a gold medal from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA).

The accolade illustrates the business’ ongoing devotion to health and safety across its UK operations, with the honours based on accident records and health and safety management systems.

The honour was presented to the firm at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel.

RoSPA’s awards manager David Rawlins said: “RoSPA firmly believes that organisations that demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement in accident and ill health prevention deserve recognition.

“Lovell’s Eastern region has shown that it is committed to striving for such continuous improvement and we are delighted to honour it through the presentation of an award.”

Lovell regional director Tony Tann also commented on the win, explaining that the gold medal is a tribute to the hard work and dedication of the company’s health and safety team.

The business is currently working on several schemes, including a £10 million housing development in Skipton.ADNFCR-2754-ID-801608053-ADNFCR
