Keepmoat Homes has won a gold accolade in the RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards, which it has now collected three times, signifiying the recognition that businesses with effective safety signage may gain.

The company was honoured in 2008 and 2010 for its uniform safety culture. This included regular site safety inspections, safety audits and a reward scheme for safety innovations.

Keepmoat Homes managing director Peter Hindley said: "We're very proud to be recognised for the way we deal with health and safety once again. It reflects well not only on our staff but also the sub contractors we work with."

Mr Hindley also remarked that it is essential for businesses to develop a strong and positive safety culture that is taken seriously.

Shropshire Live has revealed that Building Trust In Safety has introduced a free health and safety audit service, giving companies the chance to gain detailed advice and guidance on how to avoid accidents.ADNFCR-2754-ID-800702060-ADNFCR
