Companies come together to promote health and safety

13th November 2013 | Health and Safety Signs

Leading UK businesses from the retail, manufacturing and utility sectors are to come together for a national congress on improving health and safety.

The Occupational Safety and Health Congress is being organised by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), and will be held on November 27th in London’s Southbank.

The event will include speakers from Home Retail Group, Tesco Dotcom, Morrison Utility Services and Airbus Operations Ltd UK.

Many of the businesses attending the event are RoSPA award winners, and will be sharing tips on how to improve health and safety at work.

Roger Bibbings, RoSPA’s occupational safety adviser, said: “What is so unique about this RoSPA Congress is that it uses real-life examples. Companies with some of the best health and safety records in the country are helping their peers improve by sharing their own experiences and giving practical advice.”ADNFCR-2754-ID-801659973-ADNFCR
